Modder Universal Modder released NPCTalk, letting every NPC in GTA V converse in realtime with their own cloned voice in under 1 second, acting on what players say. The stack is fully open: NVIDIA Nemotron ASR for transcription, Qwen 3.8 27B for realtime dialogue, and Fish Audio Drama 3 for voice cloning, self-hosted on a serverless GPU. The author packaged all the skills Claude learned into a single open repo.
