Stripe's Atlas now lets you incorporate a company directly from your AI agent or terminal, available in Stripe's MCP and CLI. AngelList co-founder Jeff Weinstein revealed that a day after the announcement, their first-ever agent-assisted company was officially incorporated — fortuitously a robotics startup. It's an early sign of end-to-end automation from AI conversation to legal entity formation.
