Heyzap founder launches Ultrametric's Open Startup Repo to automate every founder side quest

Jude Gomila (Heyzap, Golden, two acquisitions) unveiled his new company Ultrametric's first release: the Open Startup Repo, an open foundation for transparently automating the startup itself so founders can focus on their mission. The Apache-2.0 GitHub repo packages founder processes through an agentic lens — open documents, founder situations, governing law, startup lore, open modules, artifacts and schemas — covering agents, MCP, cap tables, incorporation, rankings and more. Aarthi Ramamurthy praised the goal: founders' busywork should go to zero so more supersonic planes and cancer drugs get built.
