Index Network open-sources Social Discovery Protocol: agents negotiate fit on your behalf
carsonfarmer · x · 2026-10-23
Index Network is building its Social Discovery Protocol fully in public and open source (MIT, 144 stars). You or your agent state your intents — what you're looking for or offering — and agents negotiate over each other's intents in the background: mutual interest, timing, and value to both sides. Alignment becomes an "opportunity" surfaced with the reasoning. Roadmap: bring your own negotiator, agents that introduce two people, and groups that form only when everyone agrees. Fork it on GitHub.
