Claude cut a 2.6-hour video export to 20 minutes — but only after being told to rebuild the server

A developer reports that a video export pipeline taking 2.6 hours (with repeated server crashes) now takes 20 minutes after having Claude rebuild the server.
The notable detail: Claude never came up with the rebuild idea on its own — it kept restarting the server and optimizing the wrong things until the human explicitly told it to rebuild. A good illustration that agentic coding still needs humans to frame the right problem.
