OpenAI CEO Greg Brockman announced a close partnership with Uber: after a 1,000-person pilot, ChatGPT Work is being rolled out to every Uber employee, bringing agentic capabilities across the whole company.
Uber executive Praveen recalled the multi-year journey — from tinkering with a 4K context window in the support team years ago, to automating engineering workflows at global scale with frontier models, entering the era of "agentic engineering". A landmark case of OpenAI's enterprise product landing company-wide at a major tech firm.
