Perplexity Computer ships free PHP2Shell exposure-check skill with auto-fix PRs through Oct 31
jeffgrimes9 · x · 2026-10-23
Responding to the PHP2Shell vulnerability sweeping the internet over the past 24 hours, Perplexity launched a new Computer skill, /php2shell-exposure-check: it scans your PHP sites and GitHub deployment configs for exposure, prioritizes fixes, can open PRs with patches, and runs in automations for continuous monitoring.
Free for all Computer users through October 31, up to 5,000 credits per user — enough for the full workflow. Even if you already responded, a second check plus continuous monitoring is recommended.
