qwen-code: timing flake fails 3/3 on GitHub-hosted runners while same code passes on self-hosted ECS
yiliang114 · ghdev · 2026-10-23
Issue #15248 on QwenLM/qwen-code reports the SDK Java (fast) lane failing three consecutive times on GitHub-hosted runners for fork PRs, while identical code passes on the self-hosted ECS pool. Consistent signatures include DurableRuntimeRecoveryTest claim-expired errors; attempt 2 also hit a Java heap OOM and a 709s Spring startup. The flake blocks the fork PR fast lane for changes unrelated to runtime.
