GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.103 Ships Sandbox Fixes, MCP Snapshot Caching

GitHub Copilot CLI released v1.0.103 with a broad set of fixes and refinements:
- Clicking a completed response code block now copies the original code when enabled.
- ACP sessions honor saved sandbox settings and --sandbox/--no-sandbox flags, including on resume.
- Cloud replies keep full text after reconnects; the sessions browser shows recorded session titles instead of generic fallbacks.
- Model-specific default Responses verbosity now applies correctly for GPT-5 models unless explicitly overridden.
- Fixed Gemini tool-call 400 schema validation errors on nullable and enum fields.
- dnx commands can reuse existing .NET/NuGet sandbox grants; Windows dev-tool shims like npm.cmd receive the same grants as npm.
- Cached local MCP tool snapshots are reused across Git worktrees; hash mention suggestions refresh automatically; legacy --remote flags retired.
