AI cyber agents already match nation states at supply-chain-style network pivots

On AI cyber agents vs. air-gapped networks: in theory you can't reach an oil refinery's internal network directly from the open internet. In practice there are many ways around it—and nation states pivot one degree off the main target, e.g. compromising a vendor or loading an exploit chain onto a memory stick, famously how Stuxnet worked.
The author's claim: the best AI cyber agents are already as good as major nation states at this, and given the many available routes, AI agents will likely try all of them.
