Neoclouds hit $9B quarterly revenue, up 223%, but can't sell to the $400B enterprise market

- Neoclouds are the fastest-scaling infrastructure category ever: $9B revenue in Q4 2025 alone (+223% YoY), forecast to approach $400B by 2031 at 58% CAGR; CoreWeave passed $5B annual revenue faster than any cloud in history.
- But most growth is side-to-side deals inside tech: Microsoft alone accounted for 62% of CoreWeave's 2024 revenue, and Nvidia is a key customer of both Lambda and CoreWeave.
- The puzzle: enterprise architects making real AI infrastructure decisions still can't say where a Neocloud fits in their stack — the enterprise slice of the $400B market remains unsold.
