Artificial Analysis' AA-PersonalityBench shows Anthropic models dominate both measured traits. Information Density: Claude Fable 5.1 (100), Opus 5.5 (97), Sonnet 5.5 (95), Haiku 5.5 (92) take the top four spots. Literate: Haiku 5.5 (100), Opus 5.5 (97), Fable 5.1 (95); Grok 4.1 (89) is the highest non-Anthropic model, while GPT-5.2 scores just 20 and 12 respectively. The benchmark measures how much each sentence teaches the reader and writing quality (grammar, punctuation, word choice), ranked by Elo percentile.
