AI anime studio shares Tsubaki 3 expression-sheet workflow, seeks better options
linDleveL · reddit · 2026-10-22
A Reddit user running an AI anime studio describes their pipeline: PixAI Studio with the Tsubaki 3 model to generate character expression sheets, keeping the same character consistent across emotions in stills and short animated clips (demo images show multi-expression outputs).
They also tried replicating this in ComfyUI with character LoRAs, IPAdapter and ControlNet, but found character consistency too costly to maintain, and prefer pre-built workflows for production. The post asks the community for proven workflows on expressions and manga-style conversion.
