AA-PersonalityBench ranks model personalities: GPT-4o most sycophantic

Artificial Analysis launches AA-PersonalityBench, which uses an LLM judge panel comparing answers pairwise across 30 traits rolled into 8 personality indexes (expressiveness, organization, informativeness, transparency, warmth, conviction, imagination, slop), plus 21 programmatically measured communication characteristics. Findings: the three oldest models measured — GPT-4o, Llama 4 Maverick and GPT-3.5 Turbo — rank highest on sycophancy, while Grok 4.7, Claude Fable 5.1 and Inkling rank lowest; all five Meta models score 65+ (Llama 4 Maverick at 97). Results are live and users can build custom personality rankings.
