HCLTech joins Claude Partner Network as Global Premier partner for enterprise AI

Anthropic announced a partnership with HCLTech, a global tech company with 230,000+ people in 60 countries, making it a Global Premier partner in the Claude Partner Network to bring Claude to banks, hospitals, telecom and manufacturing clients.
The rollout spans three areas:
- Dedicated Anthropic Business Unit and Center of Excellence: forward-deployed engineers build secure sandboxes for clients to test Claude against their own systems, train workforces, and set up organizational controls for running agents at scale
- Claude embedded in HCLSoftware products: as an ISV partner, starting with BigFix (endpoint management), AppScan (app security testing), and the Actian AI analyst
- Claude and Claude Code in AI Force: HCLTech's IT services platform gets policy guardrails, exception handling, and human review — agents handle routine work while engineers approve anything touching production systems
Executives from both companies stressed the partnership is designed for high-compliance environments where mistakes are expensive.
