RFD4-Proteina doubles enzyme scaffolding pass rate to 12.1% vs 5.7%
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-10-22
On enzyme active-site scaffolding, high-thinking RFD4-Proteina achieved a 12.1% computational clustered pass rate versus 5.7% for AlphaProtein-novo codesign. Charts show thousands of designs per GPU-hour and passing designs on 35/37 tasks. The author invites the community to test it on custom industrial catalysts and share results.
