Corridor's 9B fine-tune beats GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 on security context task
LangChain · x · 2026-10-22
Corridor released corridor-argos-1, its first security model: a Qwen 3.5 9B fine-tune that outperforms frontier models including GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 on security context selection, with the lowest time-to-first-token among the 14 models tested.
Training data was built using smithtune's trace-based workflow within the LangChain ecosystem. The case shows a viable path for small models beating frontier models on narrow tasks at very low latency.
