Dev pushes back on 'no frameworks' thesis: AI-generated frameworks waste time and tokens
rseroter · x · 2026-10-22
danicat83 argues that building frameworks from scratch with frontier models is doable but at best a distraction and at worst a time and token sink — which is why she uses Genkit for AI tools and agents. rseroter agrees: 'AI generates whatever code the app needs' works sometimes, but good frameworks do smart things for you, and Genkit is exactly that for agentic Go apps.
