Spherical Fixed-Point Reasoners: looped transformers that know when to stop
LucaAmb · x · 2026-10-22
Arber Zela introduces Spherical Fixed-Point Reasoners (SFPRM): since looped transformers must know when to stop and keep their state bounded while looping, SFPRM loops on the unit sphere—each step is an angle, halting once the angle is small enough. Resharer Julien Deschena notes spherical geometry also benefits fixed-point reasoners.
