NVIDIA and UW's Institute for Protein Design released RFD4-Proteina, a new open BioNeMo model for faster protein design with fewer, better lab candidates.
- 13x faster generation than RFdiffusion3 at 200 residues
- State-of-the-art across 12+ protein design tasks
- Programmable design inputs with test-time compute for harder problems
- Comes with a binder-design tutorial; co-developed with NVIDIA's GenAIR team
