Python 3.15 ships Tachyon profiler with 1ms sampling and live flame graphs

Python 3.15 introduces the Tachyon profiler, addressing cProfile's problem of timing every function call and slowing programs down. Tachyon instead checks the running function once per millisecond, drastically reducing overhead. It can also attach to an already-running program without a restart and generate interactive flame graphs for hotspot analysis.
