Gemini CLI PR fixes Android/Termux crash by falling back to system ripgrep

A community PR (#29823) for Google's Gemini CLI fixes an unhandled spawn ... ENOENT crash when running grepsearch on Android/Termux.
- Root cause: the bundled Linux glibc ripgrep binaries lack the ELF dynamic linker required in Android's Bionic libc environment.
- Fix: when platform === 'android' or TERMUXVERSION is detected, the PR skips bundled binaries and resolves system-installed rg ($PREFIX/bin/rg) instead; if ripgrep isn't installed on Termux, resolveRipgrepPath() returns null so the config falls back cleanly to GrepTool instead of throwing.
- Trusted paths: isTrustedSystemPath() now trusts Termux system bin directories like /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/bin and ${PREFIX}/bin, without affecting desktop platforms.
- Validation: new unit tests in paths.test.ts and ripGrep.test.ts, runnable via Vitest, plus lint/typecheck checks.
