GameForge plugin lets Hermes Agent build playable games and playtest them itself
Teknium · x · 2026-10-21
DecruxR built GameForge, a game-dev plugin for NousResearch's Hermes Agent: it generates sprites, sound effects, music, NPC voices, tilesets and 3D models into real Godot/Unity builds, with a playtester that actually runs the build and catches crashes. The demo used 9 tools and 10 skills, offline by default, with zero core changes. Includes Blender/Unreal pipelines and one-click export to web, phones and itch.io. MIT-licensed on GitHub.
