FireTrident lets 80 coding agents share one repo, clearing Hono's 958 violations in 62s

FireTrident, a finalist in Cloudflare's Build the Next GitHub competition, reimagines multi-agent coding: agents share one repository and self-select work from decaying 'field' signals instead of waiting in merge queues, with every change validated against the files it read and landed as a git commit. In production, 80 model-driven agents cleared Hono's 958 rule violations in 62 seconds; stress tests had 2,000 synthetic agents land 6,606 changes in 145 seconds and a single colony running 5,000 agents. Built on Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and Artifacts.
