Open-source Lumina Capital: a multi-agent AI hedge fund engine with 7-persona debate council
OpenComplaint524 · reddit · 2026-10-21
A Reddit developer open-sourced Lumina Capital v6.0.0, an autonomous multi-agent quant hedge fund engine built on LangGraph (CC BY-NC 4.0, research/simulation only). It strictly separates probabilistic LLM reasoning from deterministic quant computation:
- 7-persona anti-sycophancy council (Buffett, Soros, Burry, Cathie Wood, etc.) with parallel analysis, adversarial bull-vs-bear debate, and a CRO agent with veto power over tail risks
- Pure-Python Qlib Alpha158 + LightGBM meta-decision filter (Microsoft's 158 quant factors, vectorized)
- Google TimesFM 5-day probabilistic fan charts with 80% confidence bands and crash probability
- 10-second sentinel thread monitoring dynamic ATR stop-loss floors for instant exits without waiting on LLM loops
- Neo4j 3D causal knowledge graph + GraphRAG for supply-chain choke-point surveillance, plus a Streamlit dashboard
