Gemini CLI v0.65.0 ships fixes for session resume, OAuth loops, and untrusted-folder safety

google-gemini/gemini-cli released v0.65.0, a stability-focused update:
- Security: enforce read-only workspace settings in untrusted folders; align OAuth callback iss validation with RFC 9207; fix infinite verification and OAuth retry loops
- Session resume: avoid duplicate tool response turns; prevent deletion of resumed session history on quick exit
- CLI UX: no more unnecessary terminal clears/scroll resets on Ctrl+O; better JSON parse and stream error handling in fetchJson
- Telemetry: support custom OTLP headers
A routine patch release with no major new features.
