Astral ships experimental uv-ty integration: uv check type-checks your project
charliermarsh · x · 2026-10-21
Astral released an experimental uv-ty integration: uv check installs ty, syncs dependencies, and type-checks your project with zero configuration. The integration also lets ty check PEP 723 inline-metadata scripts on the command line and in editors — by coordinating uv and ty, an appropriate environment is created per file and type-checked along with its dependencies.
