Independent labs tested 211 candidates and confirmed 17 bind dangerous scorpion neurotoxins: 7 binders for Cn2, 4 each for AaH II and AaH I, 2 for LqhIII, and none for Ts1. The case shows a multi-agent orchestration plus wet-lab validation loop compressing months of protein design work into three days, with an 8% experimental hit rate.
