A user describes what may be a fundamental flaw in ChatGPT: he asks every session to maintain a todo list completed each message, but the model only ticks off one item and the remaining unticked todos disappear entirely in the next response, never to return. The issue is especially apparent when running dots. Unsure whether it's a workspace-specific bug or systemic, he says OpenAI needs to fix it fast or he'll switch to Grok to stop repeating himself.
