OpenAI ships Decisions API integration with the Live realtime voice API

OpenAI's developer docs now include a "Connect voice to Decisions" guide, formally integrating the Decisions API with the Live API for building realtime voice agents. The docs site also exposes Markdown versions of pages by appending .md and an llms.txt index.
