Skyrim AI mod lets bards compose songs about your adventures — and got flamed off Reddit
ReignMocap · reddit · 2026-10-20
A modder built their own Skyrim AI mod: the game logs in-game events, and bards and followers use a local model to compose songs on the fly — walk into an inn and you might hear a song about yourself. Songs take about a minute to generate, go into a repertoire, and can be replayed instantly, all running locally.
The mod received massive backlash when posted to modding subreddits — heavily downvoted, with the author called a thief and worse — and was taken down.
