Gemini CLI PR fixes relative paths being written to wrong repo in multi-root workspaces

A community PR (#29838, labeled priority/p1) to google-gemini/gemini-cli fixes a real footgun: in multi-root or nested-Git-repo IDE workspaces (e.g. VS Code + WSL), WriteFileTool, EditTool and ReadFileTool resolved relative paths against the initial fallback config.getTargetDir(), silently writing files into a sibling repo while the UI showed a path that looked like it belonged to the active project.
- New resolveActiveWorkspaceDir picks the most specific workspace directory containing the active editor file, and walks up to detect a nested .git root when the match is a parent folder of multiple repos.
- correctPath now checks the active IDE workspace root first (direct + BFS lookup) before other fallbacks.
- Unit tests added for write-file, edit and pathCorrector; fixes issue #25527.
