Skip the 20-step LangGraph workflow: use a harness like Claude Code first
verrsane · x · 2026-10-20
Practitioner advice for agent builders: always go the harness route first. Don't build complicated 20-step workflows full of if-else statements or LangGraph graphs — use an existing harness such as Claude Code, Codex, deep agents, or Glean as your agent. Prompting works surprisingly well, and heavy orchestration is shooting yourself in the foot from the start.
