Open-source GameSummoner (prompt-to-game) now installs locally with one line: install.sh lists models served by llama-swap, asks which plays each role, and verifies ComfyUI has every node/model before installing anything.
- Requirements: llama-swap for model switching; any tool-calling LLM (author uses Qwen 3.8 Flash-Next IQ3S); ComfyUI with listed models; a decision model (JEV-27B-VL).
- After setup, GameSummoner summon "description" builds a game; a terminal dashboard manages all built games (author has 201).
- Runs smoothly on a 5090 with 64GB RAM; the author also published comparison builds from Claude Opus 5.5, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, Gemini 4 Argon, and local Flash-Next, all playable online.
- A bring-your-own-key mode is coming within days to drop the llama-swap dependency.
