Concept: Grok bots that see your weekly usage pool and self-throttle at 70%/90%
nima_owji · x · 2026-10-20
nimaowji shared a concept for Grok bots that know how much of your weekly usage pool remains and follow your rules before starting tasks: pause deep work at 70%, replies-only with routines paused at 90%, ask before on-demand tasks at 100%. The mockup shows a bot estimating a migration would use 6% of the pool and offering choices (queue for reset / run anyway / raise threshold) when thresholds trip.
A user concept, not an official feature — aimed at the pain point of coding agents burning through usage quotas unaware.
