Celesto launches cloud computers for agents, claims 96% cheaper CI than GitHub runners

Celesto (celesto.ai) has launched a cloud platform that gives every AI agent a full cloud computer for running agent harnesses, computer-use agents, and CI.
- Core features: a three-command CLI to create cloud machines, execute commands, and SSH in; browser-use support so agents can navigate the web; persistent sessions that keep files, browser logins, and workspace state across runs.
- CI runners: switching a GitHub Actions runner label to [self-hosted, celesto-micro] moves jobs to Celesto, claimed to be 96% cheaper per minute than GitHub's standard runners.
- Open source: the core microVM is Apache-2.0 licensed (1k stars) with self-hosting support and no lock-in; a managed cloud offers second-fast sandbox boot with pay-per-runtime pricing, currently used by 400+ developers.
