Stripe Atlas adds MCP support so AI agents can incorporate your startup

Stripe Atlas now integrates with MCP servers and the Stripe CLI, letting founders start company formation from an AI agent or terminal. Agents can explain the process, collect company info, and relay validation; Atlas handles incorporation, EIN retrieval, founder equity vesting, and 83(b) elections, with progress synced across agent, terminal, and Dashboard.
