Vercel open-sources libfx and fx0, a 'mini v0' agent that survives crashes

Vercel CEO Guillermo Rauch open-sourced libfx, the low-level plumbing behind v0 that makes agents durable, plus fx0, a 'mini v0' demo built on it.
- libfx runs agents inside Vercel Functions and saves each chat step-by-step as a Workflow session, so if the function dies mid-reply a new one picks up from the last step
- It addresses server crashes, flaky LLMs, and function limits — pain Rauch says was huge to build for v0
- fx0 turns chat prompts into pure HTML artifacts in seconds with 200+ models via Vercel AI Gateway
- Agent instructions live in lib/agent.ts and tools in lib/tools.ts, ready to fork
