Tangermeme adds ersatz ops on packed sequences, cutting memory from 3.8GB to 755MB

The author describes a new tangermeme capability: ersatz operations like substitutions and shuffles can now run directly on packed sequences instead of decoding to one-hot first.

Shuffling 10k windows 20x now takes 0.130s (down from 0.619s) with peak memory of 755MB (down from 3,854MB). Loci can be read from disk directly into packed sequences and passed to functions like predict and deepliftshap, with each batch decoded back to one-hot to keep total memory low.
