Stanford's Zou Lab released the Collaborative Intelligence Leaderboard, a benchmark evaluating how well AI models work as teammates across 8 dimensions: communication, conflict resolution, initiative, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making, among others.
Context: last month 10,000 OpenAI agents collaboratively cracked a $1M Millennium Prize problem. The new evaluation finds OpenAI models are also the best overall teammates.
