Greptile raises $50M Series B at $750M valuation, reviews 1%+ of all GitHub PRs daily

Greptile, a YC W24 company, announced a $50M Series B led by Menlo Ventures at a $750M valuation.
Greptile is an AI code review and validation platform that now reviews and tests more than 1% of all pull requests opened on GitHub every day. With fewer than 50 people, it serves thousands of engineering teams including Nvidia, Coinbase, Decagon, and Vanta. Its positioning is an independent validation layer: no matter which coding agent wrote the code, teams run changes through Greptile.
The founder argues AI coding is fast but hasn't moved the needle on shipping, because verifying whether a change works remains manual; Greptile's mission is automating code validation so even mission-critical teams can auto-merge complex changes. It also launched new Plus and Apex tiers.
