Droste Detective, a recursive-corridor horror game, launches demo on Steam Next Fest

Indie developer pwlot has released the demo of Droste Detective on Steam Next Fest.
The horror puzzle game is built around the author's long-running obsession with the Droste effect — the picture-within-a-picture infinite recursion (in the vein of The Backrooms and Exit 8's loop-style gameplay). Players are trapped in a corridor whose wall painting depicts the very same corridor, and must spot what's peculiar about the recursive copy.
