Land junior eng jobs by building tailored projects with Claude Code and cold-emailing hiring managers

A practical playbook for junior engineers: pick a target company, use Claude Code or Codex to quickly build a project relevant to what you'd do there (match the UI to company colors), then send the deployed link plus GitHub repo directly to the hiring manager via cold email and LinkedIn. You can even write a skill that generates and deploys a company-specific project from its website. The point: skip the 1000-application pile on LinkedIn/Indeed — hiring managers rarely read the code but notice the initiative.
