A stick-figure sketch to Claude Code became a playable WebGPU wakeboarding game in 48 hours

Inspired by SNOWFLOW, the author gave Claude Code only a stick-figure sketch of a wakeboarder and got a playable wakeboarding prototype in 48 hours — no game engine, built on Babylon.js + WebGPU with hand-written shaders.
What Claude Code did:
- Turned SNOWFLOW's snow terrain into a lake; one math function drives both GPU rendering and CPU physics so visuals and collision match exactly
- Built the towboat, V-shaped wake, a simulated chain tow rope, and towing physics (swing, edge grip, wake pop)
- Water reacts to the rider: spray walls on hard carves, board wake, landing splashes with rings
- Generated boat/rider/board in code with helper agents working in parallel
- Tested without a GPU by rendering headless Chrome screenshots and verifying on-screen water matched physics water
Playable at glidewater.vercel.app (A/D to carve, Space to pop, F1 for sliders). Author is recruiting collaborators with animation/Blender/game design backgrounds.
