Obsidian Kanban Plugin 2.5.0 Cuts a 4,888-Card Board's Open Time From 9s to 3s
dSebastien · x · 2026-10-19
Developer Sébastien Dubois shipped Kanban Action Planner 2.5.0 for Obsidian: his 4,888-movie board now opens in 2.4–2.9s (down from 8.5–9.3s), and a 2,338-game board in 2.3s. Only visible cards are built, covers lazy-load into fixed-size slots so nothing jumps, and boards gain cover shapes (banner through 2:3), card colors and accents. His post details the implementation and his Markdown-based media management system.
