AnyInt, an enterprise AI inference gateway by Shanghai-based startup Hongnuoyiman, made Chuangyebang's DEMOCHINA list. Founded in November 2025 by ex-Google engineer Zhou Yinhan and DeepSeek V3/R1 paper author Zijun, the company received a Baidu strategic investment in March 2026.
Key points:
- Positioned as a "smart grid for tokens": not just model routing but a recommendation system across fragmented AI services (models, agents, tools), doing multi-objective optimization over speed, quality, and price per request;
- Moats: data flywheel from real commercial usage, plus neutrality versus full-stack cloud vendors;
- Revenue is token-based; coding and AIGC (image/video generation) are the two main scenarios; served a quant fund with a private routing gateway; PMF felt within 1-2 months, unit economics profitable from day one;
- China B2B is the focus; overseas expansion faces HIPAA-style compliance barriers; founder predicts token prices will approach commodity levels and routing will persist as an independent infrastructure layer.
