A Reddit user botched a find-and-replace ("miner"→"drone", accidentally turning "mineral" into "droneal"), after which Claude Code burned a lot of tokens walking them through very basic fixes. Punchline: "I'm the bottleneck now" — the agent now spends its tokens managing the human.
