700-agent swarm builds a city on a shared filesystem for $0.28 of compute

Developer @jhleath demonstrated an "agent swarm": launching 700 sandboxes in 10 seconds, all connected to the same filesystem, and having them collaborate to build a city on that shared context. Using serverless tool calling, the total compute cost would be about $0.28.
His thesis: the next frontier is packing agents 40x tighter per CPU and giving them a shared filesystem as common context. Sullivan amplified it with "pay attention."
