Claude desktop app to add multiple account support, reportedly as soon as next week

Developer @argofowl reports that multiple account support is coming to the Claude desktop app, hopefully next week, with @amorriscode confirming it "should be coming soon." Several developers say this is a long-needed fix for juggling work and personal Claude accounts.
