Bindu Reddy: NeoClouds Like CoreWeave May Be Better Off Declaring Bankruptcy
bindureddy · x · 2026-10-19
Airia CEO Bindu Reddy warns that NeoClouds such as CoreWeave have locked in long-term compute contracts at rates far below current spot market prices, while paying premium costs for power and labor and borrowing at high rates — a squeeze of selling low after buying high.
His blunt take: these companies should either renegotiate all customer contracts or simply go out of business, arguing bankruptcy may be the better option. The post highlights mounting pressure on the compute-rental business model as GPU spot prices fall.
